We offer full warranties for all our products.

Tronsmart 18-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

We will take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement and will bear any return shipping costs within Malaysia only. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will replace with an equivalent or better product.

1. What isn’t covered by the warranty?

    ● Purchases from other resellers
    ● Improperly operated devices
    ● Lost or stolen products
    ● Purchases made over 18 months ago (unless otherwise stated)
    ● Non quality-related issues (after 7 days from date of receipt)
    ● Free products

2. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

3. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please contact our support at support@pdabase.com.my and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions by us.

If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Warranty Claim request by contacting us at support@pdabase.com.my

4. What is a valid proof of purchase?

A dated sales receipt from us that shows a description of the product along with its price.

5. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided. If the warranty has expired upon the return of the product to you, there will be a 14 day warranty on the product from the date we ship out the repaired/replacement item.
